I believe that each person is doing the best they can with the coping skills they have. I work to help each one of my clients to identify not only where they struggle, but to also identify what is working positively in their lives. I do this because I operate from a belief that people often know the answers to their own questions, but they sometimes lack the application methods to find the answer.
With my clients I help them get a true picture of what the actual challenge is. I help you to identify patterns of behaviors, contributing thoughts and influencing feelings to reach the core of the issue. I also look at the impact of possible influences including but not limited to family and societal influence , spiritual and religious factors and how the challenge is effecting other areas of your life to create a more wholelistic approach to therapy. My goal is to help you live the life you want in a way that is HAPPY & HEALTHY for you.
